Job Summary
Night-shift LVN in Riverside, CA (6pm–6am) for a home health agency. Implement treatment and plan of care, maintain detailed documentation, and perform skills and procedures within the scope of practice per the California Nurse Practice Act and agency policies. Requires CA LVN license, CPR certification, and driver’s license; 1 year of nursing experience is required with 3 years preferred. Spanish-speaking preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and communicate effectively in English. Benefits include weekly pay with direct deposit, sick pay, and education opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Vocational Nurse in California
- Unencumbered license
- 1 year nursing experience (3 years preferred)
- Spanish-speaking preferred
- Certified in CPR
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Strong clinical skills
- Wound care experience preferred
- Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull; lift up to 50 pounds
