LVN, Southlake Urgent Care

Conduct patient-focused assessment, intervention, and education in the Southlake Urgent Care Center under physician and advanced practice provider direction. Perform daily clinical duties per established policy and procedure while collaborating with medical staff. Maintain current Texas vocational nursing license, CPR certification, and PALS certification. Requires high school diploma, vocational nursing graduation, and one year of clinic or office experience, with pediatric experience preferred. Varying shifts totaling 36 weekly hours.
