LVN

Complete and file required charts, treatment plans, and physician orders. Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed. Prepare and administer medications per physician orders. Make rounds with physicians and participate in care plan recommendations. Orient and welcome new residents and families. Answer call lights and provide nursing assistance. Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Maintain a current California Nursing License and clear a background check. Work all shifts full-time or part-time.
