LVN

Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Complete and file required charts, treatment plans, and physician orders. Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed. Prepare and administer medications per physician orders. Make rounds with physicians and participate in care plan recommendations. Orient and welcome new residents and families. Answer call lights and provide nursing assistance. Maintain a current California Nursing License and clear background check. Work full-time or part-time shifts.
