Job Summary
Per Diem LVN/Nurse provides nursing services and medical coordination for individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injuries, and related needs. Responsibilities include medical assessments, development and supervision of care plans, medication administration and documentation, on-call support, and collaboration with physicians, mentors, and staff to ensure health and safety. Key duties also include nursing skill training, participation in IHP/POC processes, and coordination of home-based care and durable medical equipment as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Current state RN License
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Current driver's license, car registration and auto insurance if providing transportation to individuals receiving services.
