Maintain quality care delivery by ensuring nursing care plans are followed in collaboration with physicians and supervising RNs. Provide direct patient care, assist with assessments, and document precise, timely notes while protecting patient privacy. Communicate patient needs and responses to treatment, attend to changes in condition, and contribute to care plan design. Complete assignments within allotted shift time, accept feedback, and support management decisions. Join patients in transportation to appointments as assigned and stay current in nursing practice through education programs.
