Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) needed to join Recovery Unplugged Behavioral Health in Austin, TX. The role provides direct patient care within behavioral health and substance use treatment, including nursing assessments, medication administration, and support across the treatment team. Responsibilities include conducting nursing assessments, monitoring and documenting patient health status and treatment progress, performing admission and triage assessments, ensuring accurate documentation in the electronic medical record, collaborating with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and other team members, participating in treatment planning, ensuring regulatory compliance, infection control, and safety protocols, and responding to medical and behavioral health emergencies. Schedule: Part-Time with flexibility for days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
