LVN/RN PRN

Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants, in accordance with applicable standards and facility policies. Direct the nursing staff, ensure compliance with procedures and regulations, participate in discharge planning, charting, medication administration, and coordination with physicians; oversee nursing service operations, staff scheduling, training, and quality assurance, and ensure a safe, compassionate, and compliant care environment.
