Provide 1:1 patient care for pediatric and adult clients with g-tube, trach, and ventilator needs in their homes. Administer medications, perform patient assessments, and document progress electronically while communicating with additional care providers. Build meaningful long-term relationships with families and patients to ensure quality at-home stability.
