Job Summary
Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments. Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordinate care and educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients. Provide 1:1 patient care ratio with flexible scheduling including days, nights, and weekends. Full-time and part-time shifts available.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression
