LVN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health seeks RN or LVN to provide direct, one-on-one pediatric home health care in Pasadena, TX. Responsibilities include in-home assessment and ongoing patient care for infants, children, and adolescents per physician plan of care; administration of prescribed medications and therapies; care coordination; and educating families to enhance patient outcomes. Positions available for full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights, weekends).
