Job Summary
RN and LVN/LPN pediatric home health nurse sought to provide direct, one-on-one nursing care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in patients' homes across Galveston, TX. Responsibilities include performing ongoing patient care and assessments, administering prescribed medications and therapies, coordinating care with physicians and families, and educating families on patient clinical care to improve outcomes. Flexible full-time and part-time shifts available (days, nights, weekends).
