LVN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care. Conduct on-going patient care and assessments, and administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordinate care and educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes while implementing preventative initiatives to protect quality of care. Provide 1:1 patient care ratio with flexible/dependable scheduling including days, nights, and weekends. Full-time and part-time shifts available with competitive weekly pay.
