LVN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Conduct one-on-one medical care and assessments for infants, children, and adolescents in their home settings according to the active plan of care. Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies while coordinating care and educating family members to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care. Work full-time or part-time shifts including days, nights, and weekends with a 1:1 patient care ratio. The role supports the mission of providing high-quality home health care to children and young adults in need.
