Job Summary
Provide direct, one-on-one medical care and assessments for infants, children, and adolescents in their home settings according to active physician plans. Administer prescribed medications and therapies while coordinating care and educating family members to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care and maintain a 1:1 patient care ratio. Work flexible full-time or part-time shifts including days, nights, and weekends with 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour options. Receive ongoing clinical training, live client instruction, and access to 24/7 clinical support.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression
- Provide care in a client home setting
