LVN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Conduct on-going patient care and assessments for infants, children, and adolescents in their home settings according to active physician plans. Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies while coordinating care and educating family members to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care and maintain a 1:1 patient care ratio through direct, one-on-one medical service. Full-time and part-time shifts available including days, nights, and weekends. Active RN or LPN/LVN license required with training provided for new graduates.
