Job Summary
Conduct on-going patient care and assessments for infants, children, and adolescents in their home settings according to active physician plans. Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies while coordinating care and educating family members to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care and maintain a 1:1 patient care ratio across days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression
- Full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights and weekends available)
- 1:1 patient care ratio
