LVN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Direct, one-on-one medical care for pediatric patients in their homes, focusing on infants, children, and adolescents. Provide administration of prescribed medications, ongoing patient assessments, and coordination of care per physician plan of care. Educate families on patient clinical care to improve outcomes and support preventative care. Work full-time or part-time shifts (days, nights, weekends) with 1:1 patient care and flexible scheduling.
