Job Summary
Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care. Conduct on-going patient care and assessments while administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordinate care and educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for the patient. Provide 1:1 patient care ratio with flexible scheduling including days, nights, and weekends. Full-time and part-time shifts available with 24/7 clinical support and ongoing clinical education.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression
- Full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights and weekends available)
- 1:1 patient care ratio
