Job Summary
Conduct on-going patient care and assessments for infants, children, and adolescents in their home settings according to active physician plans of care. Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies while coordinating care and educating family members to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care. Provide 1:1 patient care ratio across days, nights, and weekends with flexible 8/10/12/16 hour shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Provide care in a client home setting
