LVN/RN Oak Cliff

Provide 1:1 patient care for pediatric and adult clients with complex needs such as g-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators within the comfort of their homes. Administer medications, conduct patient assessments, and document progress electronically while maintaining meaningful long-term relationships with families. Work independently throughout the day using our dedicated EMR platform, communicating regularly with additional care providers. Schedule options include day, evening, and overnight shifts, with part-time, full-time, and PRN availability. Candidates must hold an active LVN or RN license, current CPR certification, and BLS certification (preferred), with pediatric experience highly valued.
