Job Summary
Provide 1:1 patient care for pediatric and adult patients with g-tube, trach, and/or ventilator needs in their homes. Administer medications, conduct patient assessments, and document progress electronically while communicating with additional care providers. Build meaningful long-term relationships with patients and loved ones, utilizing in-depth EMR data to ensure consistent, high-quality at-home support. Choose flexible scheduling options including day, evening, overnight, weekend, part-time, or PRN shifts. Maintain current LVN or RN licensure, CPR certification, and BLS certification (preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
- Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing
- LVN or RN license
- Current CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
- Pediatric experience
