LVN/RN Charge Nurse - The Crescent (23971)

Oversee patient care within the scope of your LVN/LPN or RN licensure by assessing, reporting, and documenting patient conditions in accordance with clinical policies and state regulations. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while ensuring care plans are implemented. Participate in assigning duties and supervise CNA staff to maintain the highest practical well-being for patients. Shifts are 10p-6a PRN.
