LVN - RN Charge Nurse (24043)

Oversee patient care and supervise CNA staff within the LVN/LPN scope of licensure. Assess, report, and document patient conditions and changes per clinical policies and state/federal guidelines. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while ensuring care plan implementation. Participate in assigning duties to maintain the highest practical well-being for patients. Work 2pm–10pm or 10pm–6am Monday through Friday with a double weekend rotation, earning a shift differential.
