Job Summary
Monitor patient conditions and assess needs to provide nursing care; collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans; perform routine nursing procedures (vital signs, injections, medications) and chart maintenance; adjust and administer medications per physician orders; couple your clinical skills with compassionate, team-oriented care to support residents in a skilled nursing facility.
