Job Summary
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including a psychiatric physician, social worker, and CNA, to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients enrolled in the behavioral health program. Engage the local community to develop and deliver educational presentations, workshops, and seminars promoting mental health awareness and informing residents of available resources. Contribute to program enhancement by providing insights on patient care processes, participating in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment strategies, and offering feedback on quality improvement initiatives. This full-time role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends or on-call requirements, situated at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy, California.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of practice
- Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing
- Associates of above
