Job Summary
Provide nursing care for patients with urgent, emergent, or potential health problems at the PrevMed Center. Assist physicians, registered nurses, and medical assistants in performing procedures and patient care responsibilities skillfully. Serve as a resource by communicating effectively, reporting findings, and maintaining positive working relationships. Perform other duties as needed while following policies assertively and responding courteously under pressure. Requires an active California LVN license, BLS certification, and minimum one year of experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Graduate from a school of Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN)
- Minimum one year of LVN experience
- outpatient setting
- Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and ethics within the LVN Scope of Practice

- Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
