Job Summary
Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse (LVN) in a physician practice or clinic setting. Collaborates with physicians and nurse practitioners to provide comprehensive ambulatory care, including patient-focused assessments, clinical interventions, and health education for patients and families. Performs daily clinical duties per established policies and procedures. Requires graduation from an accredited school of vocational nursing, current Texas LVN license, and BLS certification. Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm or 8:30am–5:30pm. Located in Celina, TX with Cook Children’s network presence across Texas.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing
- Current, valid license to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the State of Texas
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 0+ year of clinical experience in a pediatric or ambulatory setting (clinical experience preferred)
