Job Summary
PM Shift LVN/LPT providing recovery-focused medical treatment administration and direct care at the Muriel Wright Recovery Center CRT in San Jose. The role supports a 15-bed crisis residential program, delivering safe, effective medication administration and nursing care per physician orders within established policies and standards. Requires LVN/LPT licensure, CPR/BLS, CPI, 18+ years of age, and completion of applicable screenings and verifications; offers shift differentials, PTO, holidays, CEUs, tuition benefits, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited LVN/LPT program and current licensure
- Current CPR/BLS certificate
- CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification (hands-on) on date of employment or prior to direct client care
- Successful completion and receipt of post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and license verification
- If driving is required, valid driver's license and vehicle clearance along with proof of auto insurance
