Job Summary
Organize and direct shift responsibilities while participating in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident care. Prepare and administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring narcotic records remain accurate and reviewing medication completeness. Function as a member of the nursing team under RN supervision, potentially assuming the charge nurse role in the Skilled Nursing Facility. Maintain flexibility and apply clinical judgment to prioritize tasks. Required Qualifications
- At least one (1) year experience as LVN
- Current California LVN license
- Graduate from an approved LVN program with an associates or equivalent degree
- Current CPR Certification
- Ability to apply good clinical judgment

- Proficient written and verbal skills
