Job Summary
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) per diem on the overnight shift at Willow Creek Healthcare Center in Clovis, CA. Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physicians’ orders, administer medications and treatments accurately and on time, monitor resident condition and report changes, document observations in the EMR, maintain a clean and safe environment, assist with admissions/discharges/transfers, collaborate with CNAs and the care team, and follow infection control, safety, and privacy protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Active California LVN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
