Job Summary
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) needed for an assisted living community in Rancho Bernardo. Part-time weekend schedule (7am-3:30pm and 3-11:30pm) with differential options ($1.25 for PM, $1.50 for NOC). Provides basic therapeutic, restorative, and preventive nursing care, administers medications, coordinates with physicians and caregivers, supervises care staff, documents care, maintains RCFE-compliant records, and supports resident independence and well-being. Must have CA LVN licensure and at least 1 year of relevant experience; strong communication and leadership skills; collaborative, patient-centered approach. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure by the California Board of Vocational Nurse and Psychiatric Examiners
- One year of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in assisted living, long-term care- or a similar setting

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
