Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans; serve as Charge Nurse during NOC shift, overseeing CNAs and ensuring high-quality resident care; administer medications and treatments as prescribed; monitor residents for changes in condition and report to RN Supervisor or physician; document all care in EMR; communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team; maintain safety and infection-control compliance; respond to emergencies and participate in shift handoffs, training, and care planning.
Required Qualifications
- Current California LVN license in good standing
- CPR certification
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. and pass background check
- Recent medical clearance to work in SNF (if applicable)
