Job Summary
Full-time LVN or RN at Lincoln Meadows Care Center in Lincoln, CA. Provide direct nursing care to residents, supervise day-to-day nursing activities by CNAs, administer medications, monitor resident conditions, document accurately, execute physician orders, coordinate care plans, assist with admissions/transfers/discharges, ensure infection control and safety, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
