LVN or Medical Assistant (Pedi) *New Hire Signing Bonus*

LVN or Medical Assistant position at Austin Regional Clinic (Pediatrics) with a new-hire signing bonus. Responsibilities include accurately documenting patient status and care, following refill protocols, rooming patients and recording vitals, performing diagnostic tests (EKGs, audiograms, tympanograms, spirometry, visual screenings), inventory management, processing provider refill requests and triage calls, cleaning and stocking exam rooms and equipment, and assisting providers with procedures (e.g., sigmoidoscopy prep and cardiac stress testing) as needed. The role requires adherence to HIPAA/OSHA, professional communication, teamwork, and dependable attendance. LVN duties involve administering medications/injections and patient education; Staff Medical Assistant duties include education materials, medication administration under physician direction, reviewing lab results, and supporting clinic operations. Qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent, Texas LVN license and CPR for LVN, or equivalent Medical Assistant training/experience with CPR/BLS.
