Job Summary
LVN Nurse needed for Day & Night Shifts at Dallas Detox Center (Quadrant Health Group) to provide comprehensive nursing care, medication administration, detox supervision, and collaboration with Medical Director and Psychiatrist. Responsibilities include documenting within 24 hours of admission, transcribing physician orders, maintaining patient documentation, crisis intervention, and contributing to Master Treatment Plans. Requires nursing degree/diploma (LPN/LVN), Texas license, CPR/First Aid, and at least 1 year of relevant experience; prior experience in detox/psychiatric settings preferred. Full-Time and PRN roles available in Weatherford, TX with in-person shift coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from a Community College with a degree or diploma in Nursing (LPN/LVN)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a chemical dependency/psychiatric setting, preferably in a detox unit and/or inpatient, partial hospitalization, or outpatient setting
- Current and valid nursing license in the state of Texas
- Experience in handling and monitoring medications, including controlled substances
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification
- Successful completion of Pre-Employment Requirements including, a criminal background clearance, drug testing, and health screening
