LVN NOC

Provide nursing care within scope of practice to ensure patient needs are met according to standards, physician orders, and facility policies. Demonstrate knowledge of the Infection Control Manual and utilize the Quality Life Manual for patient identification and monitoring. Administer medications and treatments timely per policy, while receiving and transcribing physician orders. Conduct family and patient education, notify departments of patient changes such as room transfers or discharges, and participate in the Quality Improvement Program. Rounds with physicians when necessary. Requires current LPN licensure and one year of prior nursing management experience preferred.
