Job Summary
Conduct licensed patient care in home settings for children and adults, managing G-Tube cases only for new graduates. Provide hands-on nursing support while maintaining electronic documentation via tablet devices. Maintain an active, unencumbered LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Complete twelve months of prior hands-on nursing experience and pass a TB skin test within the last twelve months. Ensure reliable transportation for shift work across various full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules including nights and weekends.
