LVN Needed for Nights and Weekends AM shifts

Conduct licensed practical nursing care for pediatric and adult homecare patients, including G-Tube cases only for new graduates. Perform daily clinical tasks while maintaining an active, unencumbered LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Manage electronic documentation using tablets provided in each patient's home and ensure compliance with required vaccinations and testing. Requires twelve months of prior hands-on nursing experience, reliable transportation, and a TB skin test current within the last 12 months. Available for various full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including nights, weekends, and days.
