Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to clients according to physicians' orders and applicable standards within your scope of practice. Direct non-licensed personnel in providing client care and operating the unit. Maintain current California licensure as an LVN or LPT, CPR, and first aid certifications. Work full-time PM shifts (Sun-Thurs) with an on-call rotation for all shifts. Prioritize supervision skills and cooperative teamwork with staff. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure in California as an LVN or LPT
- Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice
- Ability to supervise
- Ability to work cooperatively with other staff members

- Crestwood is required to participate in the E-Verify program
