Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to clients according to physicians' orders and applicable standards within your scope of practice. Direct non-licensed personnel in providing client care and operating the unit. Maintain current California licensure as an LVN or LPT, CPR, and first aid certifications. Work full-time AM shifts from Saturday through Wednesday with an on-call rotation. Prior experience in mental health nursing is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure in California as an LVN or LPT
- Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice
- Ability to supervise
- Ability to work cooperatively with other staff members
- Current CPR and first aid certifications
- Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation including criminal history and identity check
- Crestwood is required to participate in the E-Verify program
