LVN/LPN - Long Term Care

Administer prescribed medications and treatments per facility policies. Prepare equipment and aid physicians during resident examinations. Monitor vital signs, record significant conditions, and notify supervisors or families of reactions to treatments or incidents. Assign duties and coordinate nursing services on the unit to meet resident needs per physician and regulatory instructions. Consult with the Shift Supervisor on nursing problems and report all complaints or unusual incidents. Participate in orientation, training, and evaluation of nursing personnel.
