Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) provides patient care under physician orders, administers medications and treatments, participates in the care planning process, supervises LPNs and nursing assistants, communicates with physicians regarding changes in residents’ conditions, documents assessments and care per standards, educates patients and families on health issues, and completes required forms in compliance with company policy and state/federal regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
- Valid State licensure as an LPN / LVN.
- Current CPR certification.
