LVN LPN II

LVN/LPN II provides nursing support under physician supervision in hospital/clinic/infirmary and correctional health settings. Responsibilities include sick call screening, taking patient histories, recording vital signs, collecting samples for labs, administering medications and injections, giving oxygen, maintaining examination rooms and equipment, documenting care per physician orders, supporting emergency health services, and participating in continuing education. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active nursing license, and CPR certification. Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to work in a high-paced environment, and comfort with Microsoft Office.
