Conduct nursing services as ordered on the patient plan of care, including implementing care plans, evaluating their effectiveness, and recommending revisions. Provide for the emotional and physical comfort and safety of clients while performing trained nursing procedures. Document all pertinent observations and treatments per Agency policies and report problems or potential problems to the RN or Case Manager. Notify appropriate personnel about unusual symptoms or changes in client conditions. Participate in case conferences, meetings, and performance improvement activities as assigned. Ensure compliance with all state regulatory acts, HIPAA privacy rules, and Agency policies.
