Job Summary
Assess patient needs, assist in care planning, collect data, and execute interventions per the care plan under RN supervision. Contribute to the evaluation of individualized interventions. Maintain current CA LVN or LPN licensure, BLS certification, and obtain MAB certification within 90 days of hire. Acute care and previous department experience preferred. Full-time days shift with 8-hour rotations.
