LVN Infection Preventionist

Infection Preventionist role in Riverside, CA. Direct-hire, full-time position with multiple shifts. Responsibilities include collecting, analyzing, and presenting infection data to nursing staff and healthcare practitioners; consulting on infection risk assessment, prevention, and control strategies; providing education and training; and implementing evidence-based infection control practices in alignment with regulatory and licensing agencies and CDC guidelines. Preferred Infection Preventionist certification; experience as an Infection Preventionist is a plus. Ideal candidate demonstrates compassion for the elderly, teamwork, and a collaborative spirit; prior experience in long-term, skilled nursing care is a plus but not required.
