Job Summary
Provide 1:1 patient care for pediatric and adult clients with g-tube, trach, and ventilator needs in their homes. Administer medications, perform patient assessments, and document progress electronically while communicating with additional care providers. Build meaningful long-term relationships with patients and families through consistent, quality at-home nursing. Complete in-person training and utilize the dedicated EMR platform to access patient information. Work flexible shifts including day, evening, overnight, weekends, part-time, or PRN options.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
- Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing
- LVN or RN license
- Current CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
- Pediatric experience
