Conduct daily patient care in accordance with physician orders, center policies, and state guidelines. Document changes in patient conditions, including nutritional, infectious, or skin issues, and follow established procedures for charting and incident reporting. Manage narcotic counts, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction per company protocols. Utilize the Quality Life Manual for patient identification and monitoring, while notifying departments of room changes, new admits, or discharges. Make rounds with physicians when necessary.
