Job Summary
LVN Charge Nurse leading care teams in a skilled nursing environment. Provides compassionate, principled leadership to guide resident care with grace, skill, and a heart for service. Build meaningful relationships with residents, patients, and families while ensuring clinically excellent care and coordination of care across the care team. Requires a valid Texas LVN license (or LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State) and a leadership mindset aligned with Touchstone Communities’ values. Required Qualifications
- A current and valid Texas LVN nursing license
- or A current and valid LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State
